Why did I create this course for you?
I have been practicing massage since 2004. Over the years, I realized one important thing: finding a truly high-quality, detailed massage that works the muscles deeply and effectively is very rare.
My journey began with Thai massage — an ancient and powerful system with deep presses and stretches. I was impressed with how effective it was for my own muscles. But I also discovered its limitations: not every client is comfortable with certain techniques, and working on the floor often creates distance and discomfort.
That’s why I adapted the best Thai techniques for the massage table and combined them with European wellness practices. This allowed me to create my own method — safe, adaptable, and capable of delivering deep muscle release for every client.

Block 1
Block 1 of the course “Home Massage Therapist” – We do massage at home without preparation and a table | Through clothes, we learn to help loved ones
This section is based on the basic techniques of classical Thai massage. You will master the method of soft and deep squeezing of muscles through clothes – without using oil.
This technique allows
- effectively relieve muscle tension, clamps and hypertonicity,
- safely and competently work out the whole body or individual areas – back, neck, legs, etc.,
- perform massage in any comfortable home conditions: on the floor, sofa or bed – without the need to prepare a special place.
Each video lesson is accompanied by detailed explanations, demonstration on all areas of the body and an emphasis on possible contraindications.
You will learn how to correctly use your body weight for deep but safe work with muscles – even without having a medical education.
💡 The peculiarity of the block is its versatility. Having mastered the basic principles, you will be able to use the technique in any convenient position, based on your and your partner’s comfort.
Block 2
Deep Oil Work (Power in Simplicity)
In the second block you will learn how to perform massage with oil, using one main, but extremely effective technique – gentle squeezing of muscles along their entire length.
This approach allows you to

Effectively release tension, relieve pain, and improve tissue elasticity.
Perform massage in a powerful, dynamic manner, comparable to professional sports massage.
You will master techniques for working on the entire body (from feet to neck) as well as on specific areas: back, legs, neck-shoulder zone, and more.
Each lesson explains the anatomical details so you not only perform the massage correctly, but also understand where caution is required and how to avoid injuries.
